We have subdiveded the types of holiday rentals in holiday villa, holiday home, apartment, studio and room. When searching for your ideal holiday home, you can refine the facilities available in the holiday home. For example holiday homes close to the sea, holiday homes with barbecue or for example holiday homes with a pool. We offer various sizes of holiday rentals. The smallest holiday rental can accommodate 1 person, but if you're travelling with a large group, we offer holiday homes for up to 20 persons! Of course it's also possible to rent several individual holiday homes.
To make a quick selection, the holiday homes are divided into star qualifications. Simple holiday rentals have two stars. The most luxurious holiday villas have as many as 4 or 5 stars. Most holiday homes have 3 stars, but offers you maximum convenience and comfort for your holiday pleasure!
Korcula is an island in Croatia which is ideal to visit in all seasons. The hottest, sunny days are naturally during the summer. The temperatures will rise up to an average of 29 degrees Celsius (84 degrees Fahrenheit). But also during the winter Korcula is a beautiful island to visit. History of Korcula
Korcula has a rich history. In the sixth century BC Greek colonists settled on the island. Around the year one hundred Korcula became a colony of the Roman Empire. In the 7th century the Croats travelled from the inlands to the island of Korcula and became part of a newly established state. The thousand following years Korcula became part of the Venetian Republic. After the fall of the Venetian Republic in 1797, sequentially the the Austrians, the French, again the Austrians and then the Italians ruled the island. In 1921 Korcula became part of Yugoslavia, and not until 1992 Korcula became part of the Republic of Croatia.
